Tis true. I spoke with John D. today and he said they just weren't making much money those days, even offering specials on food, so they changed their hours. It was pretty packed this evening when I went. BTW, good beer Shane! I picked up a growler of your pils and it's very good. Pretty damn hoppy ...

I'll just take the lid off and pull the IC up and down. Aerating and cooling! :D

It does cut some time (and water) out of the cooling process.

I've had no problems. I think the only bottles I've had problems with are the ones I bought from a homebrew shop. They would get a hairline crack when I capped them, so when I opened it the neck would break.
