I looking to get rid of my steel 20# co2 tank. Its a newer tank that I have exchanged at praxair before.

Hey guys Im looking for a good Oktoberfest Ale Beer recipe. I don't have the equipment to lager yet so I am going to use a Ale yeast and ferment on the colder side. Here is a recipe that I found, I was hoping that you could tell me if it sounds good or if you have some changes.

When I fill my bottles from kegs, I get my beer to the right carbonation level for my beer. Then I hook up my bottle filler to the beer out on my keg. So it goes from my barbed Ball Lock Post Connect to hosing to my Plastic Bottle Filler. Vent extra pressure from the keg and keep it at low pressure ...

I brewed two extract batches this weekend using two different types of yeast. Both were a heavier lemon Hefe-weizen with an calculated almost 6% ABV.
