Would like to trade 1/2 pound each of Bravo and Cascade leaf for either DME or other hop styles. What I have is new crop in unopened packages.

Galena Hops
Should these be used for bittering ale, and if so would they be compatible with Fuggle and Kent Golding? Thanks for any opinions.
Yeast
Is there a local source to buy yeast today or tonight? If not, would any member be willing to sell me some? Might have a problem with a 5 gallon batch of extract ale started yesterday.
Thanks for any help.

Re: Extract Procedure
Yes, that sounds like what I remembered. Saved your link and will try it this weekend. Need to get this right. Beer consumption down about 50% and losing weight. Thanks for your help.

Re: Extract Procedure

Steeping crystal and/or victory grain prior to boil. Trying for an ale like ESB. What I read suggested just bo...

Re: kegs to boil wort?
If anybody buying these larger kettles would like to sell a smaller one, I would be interested in buying. Still using a three gallon pot and would like to be able to boil closer to five gallons. Using our kitchen range, so please advise height of whatever is available.
Thanks,
