I did forget to mention that my only complaint was the spout exit is larger then our usual spouts on buckets. So make sure you have a large enough hose (giggle) when it comes time for bottling/kegging.

Bowe was nice enough to drop me off some hop rhizomes. There are plenty left and I'll be bringing them to the meeting Thursday. There is Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Saaz, Northern Brewer.
