I "FINALLY" started my austin homebrew pumpkin ale a couple days ago. It's breathing/bubbling along nicely now. I hadn't brewed a batch for a couple months. It called for 3-4lbs of real pumpkin. I figured 1/2 the weight would be lost when cutting up the pumpkin so i bought 2 small pumpkins...
