Re: Sourdough Starters
Thanks for posting your recipe. A little more complex than I do but your recipe looks really good I am going to give it a try for the possibly more complex flavors that it might provide.

Re: Oldest beer may surrender its recipe
Hum, I have some acidic beer beer that maybe needs to go to the bottom of the ocean for future time
Looks like they need a viable test stain
I read about the find months ago, not moving very fast are they.

Re: Vinegar
It is always nice too see everyone! We had some excellent discussions at my end of the table. I was able to get 2 Porters before the keg was gone. Really enjoyed the Porter. Then I had a great IPA (wish mine tasted as good!). The keg of Porter was gone in an hour! We have some really great people in...

Vinegar
Some of you sampled my Duss Alt malt vinegar the other night.
The question was asked as to how old it was - 6/22/2010.
Since I just kegged 10 gallons of Duss Alt this morning, the rest of the finished vinegar was transferred to a container and the jug was refilled with fresh Alt.

Thanks, really enjoyed the video.
It has been several years since I have had Sapporo but always enjoyed it. I even have one of the collectable +2 quart cans with the screw on top.
