Re: Lemongrass/Rye recipe
Couple of things. Always use Fresh Lemongrass. The last couple of times I have brewed this, I've lowered the mash temp to 154-156 degree area. This dries the beer out in the ferment. The AG one is mine, slightly modded from Shane's. Mine is lighter than his in SRM.

Free Fridge
Newer Hotpoint that I picked up a while back for a project. It was out of an apartment. Since I'm not going to be able to do my project (at least not in the near future), this fridge needs a home. Good for temperature control or as a keg-orator. I don't mind delivering it to Lawrence providing I hav...

For those that know where we live, just let me know if you are planning to come out. If you need directions on how to get here, let ...

Re: Discount at Praxair on beer gasses
Does anyone know the discount? Or is it arbitrary?
If I can find out this info, I will add it to the discount thread.

Buckets
Did someone steal your bucket? If so, I haz a bucket (or several) for you.
All you have to do is come out to the house and get them. Good beer in trade (if you want).
