I(AMY) put new pics in the site gallery of the new mashtun setup. Made a hoppy wheat w/ 50% pale and 50% wht and came out at 87 % eff.24.5 gal pre boil.1.062 OG....... Mash on.....

Short day, Flying to Dener to help move Dex and Heather back via Penske. Hope to hit a few BrewPubs tonight ,then LB on the way home Sat.WEEEEEEEEEEE oh ps the trick w/ the trash dudes is to use a big tote for the grains.

Oh ,about the spent grains, what about the curbside recycle on mondays???

WOW on the (G oz in) Will!! I think my tap water tastes of "organics",and have set up 2 of the westlake 1000gal charcoal inline filters pony'd together ,after that the water has much more clean flav............cheers
