Backup your recipes!!!

For those that use software to catalog and keep track of your brewing, make sure to back them up. Either to a USB drive, printouts, another computer or a flashdrive (usb key). Get it done. I backup to Dropbox. (http://www.dropbox.com) Even going so far to use a basic script to have it done automagic...

3-4 cases of Grolsch swingtop bottles

They are taking up space. Take em all before Sat the 22nd, or they are going to recycling.

+1 Good stuff.

Re: 5 liter mini keg

Sorry, other stuff going on.

I still have them. I'd tell you to come out, but it's a chore to get here with all the construction.

I will toss them into my car tonight and bring them in Thursday. Will you have time to meet up?

Re: Sour versus Tart

I lean toward Tart, but like both. My problem is very acidic things mess with my stomach. For example, OJ has to be cut with something else first. Like Sprite.

But I do love them.

Re: Advice on purchase of keg setup kit

I'd pick that up.

It's not a stellar price, but it's very fair. You could save quite a bit if you wanted to piece something together.

But I understand buying it now. All you need is a fridge and you are set with that rig (oh and beer in the kegs). ;)

Holiday Bureau/Adopt a Family - Possible fundraiser?

This year is going to be rough for many families. Some of them have signed up for Adopt a Family. I'm planning to donate or do something for this program, and I thought I'd see if anyone else was interested in helping out. In the past we have done raffles and sales, or just a donation. The last time...

Re: 23rd Street Brewery episode up - with LBG cameo appearan

I could see it via the wizzardmedia embedded video (flash). This is on your main page.

When going to the specific video page, the video would bomb out and lock up the browser (chrome). It looked like the quicktime handler wasn't working for some reason.

Same problems in IE8.

Re: Seeking suggestions for brewpubs for Season 3 vidcast

Here's a list of the breweries in the states you are going to in the south. Along with a rating and how many beers they have. I didn't think there were any in Alabama. But I hear good things about Good People Brewing. Hope this helps. (sorry for the sloppy formatting) Name < Location Rating Reviews ...
