All I need to bring my brews home are a CO2 tank and regulator. Does anyone have spare equipment they'd like to offload? I know I can get the tank from Kirk, near my work, but if someone had a used one, I'd prefer not to pay the price for new. Suggestions welcome, thanks, Derrick.

Great Bill, have you tried the Rogue choc stout? I'll get a bottle of the Youngs tonight, to refresh my memory. Was your brew chocolaty than Youngs? The Rogue clone calls for 1.5oz per 5 gal.

I found a recipe for a Rogue chocolate stout clone, and I'm planning on brewing it next weekend. The recipe calls for chocolate extract in the secondary. Does anyone have a suggestion for where to purchase said extract, or a brand name? Thanks in advance

I like this forum, my only complaint is that the last 8-10 chars dont show on my screen and I have to use the slider bar at the bottom to see all of each message. Is there a way for me to reformat it? Or am I stuck with the slider?
