Vote: It was voted and approved to change the name of Brewfest to the Dwight Burnham Brewfest. Dwight was a founding member of LBG and recently passed on January 19, 2013 at the age of 95. I'm looking at the nibs I bought, made by Scharffen Berger it comes in a 6 oz package. They are roasted and shelled and it cost $9.85 at Au Marche.

With my last batch I ground them in a coffee grinder and added them to enough vodka to completely cover them, let them steep in that for some weeks. I don't recall if I put them in a hop bag or not in the keg, maybe Joe remembers. I got them at Au Marche, probably a 4 oz.

I would add that you might want to puree it, as its all about surface area.
