With a bit of practices and a couple of surgeries that had my right hand in a sling, I was able to connect a tri with one hand.
I too love Tri's for what Swag said, plus they are just too sexy looking on your rig. It is like a nice set of chrome pipes on your bike...

amen...and amen... for next time, you may want to rack the beer to a keg from the secondary. Then use a hop bag with a length of fishing line attached to it. You sanitize the bag and line with Starsan, put in the hops in and put it in the keg. seal it up and charge with a bit of CO2. This way you ca...

I was hopping a 10 gal batch would give me enough head space. Great idea of having the crock up BEFORE filling (sounds like the voice of experience here) as the crock is not light empty.

Why yes I do. I have it setup for a carboy to carboy transfer blow-off, but it could very easily be set up for ball lock. I will bring it to the meeting tonight.
