Loading and hauling tons of crap is a bunch of work...barrels of wort come on man it ain't that work is it?

Oak chips in the big blue...I can see that side of it not wanting to clog the out put flow and deal with how to empty would defeat the idea of having the whole drilled in the side!

Cheers! GABF was great...I'm sure picture will be posted in time. I had many fantastic beers at GABF but can honestly say that we tasted home brews that were just as good at a tasting put together by members of the green board many of us frequent.

Personally I just want to see a shit load of our member go AG...but I'm like Andy in saying go fly. Go spend a session with someone doing a fly sparge and see how easy it really is. The only other real cost to it IMO is the pump and that makes the use of a CFC much easier. Do your home work and it's...

Doesn't the exchange rate go the other way? I thought the US dollar was now weaker than the Canadian?

That's kinda what I was thinking...I plan to see if I can get a few Cascades shoots going in the spring. If I get the same chance as last year I might have a couple dozen available...I'll be sure to share if they are available.

I could be wrong but aren't the cuttings taken in the spring and not the fall? Maybe it's best to do it in the fall and let them set in over the winter? I might have a source for cascades? I'll check.

Matt Did you notice the SS stand :D It's all starting to come together but I think we have as far in not further before it's ready to ro...

The wiring diagram or close as I've seen is in the cover. I think Andy still has one wired up so you could take a look at it and see how he has his setup.
