Bummer Jeff,

Re: Cooking with Beer on NPR
I love cooking with beer. I learned about it watching Julia Child and Justin whatshisface the Cajun cook when I was younger. I usually employ anything I have on tap.

There is a realy good show on Brew Strong on Hot Side Aeration done on the brewing network with John Palmer and this professor at UC Davis. Check out the archives of Brew Strong show topic Hot Side Areation. Bottom line is the colder it's kept, The longer it lasts.

Go with B3 or Northern Brewer. Most have ATC (automatic temp compensation) Don't go cheap and don't blow the bank. Won't brew without one Kick Ass B-Day present whenever it is. Oh Monique

I called Heath this morning and left a message. When he responds I will let you know. FYI McEwans makes the best Scotch Ale I've tasted. Lee give me a call so I have your number and can communicate on the fly. I don't live by the internet. (785) 312-1460
