Shurflo Brew Buddy pump
This pump has performed flawlessly for 10 years. Until today in the middle of wort chilling. Anyone know where I might find a replacement impeller? I looked around online and the pump is not made anymore and couldn't find parts. I'd hate to throw away a perfectly good pump for want of a replaceable ...

Re: Primum Kvass
Lee, i'm brewing your recipe this weekend. got the rye bread in the oven now. How did yours turn out?
How long for fermentation?
Final gravity?
Did you secondary, or go straight to keg/bottle?
What is the shelf life? I've read that it is likely to get incredibly sour in a hurry.
Anyone else try this?

Speedy yeast?
I brewed 10 gal of wit out at mayfest (1052 OG) and pitched a stepped up slurry of 3944. It was working hard by Sunday morning, blowing like crazy in my warm garage. So I thought, “hummm, maybe this yeast will hammer through and I could keg a really fresh beer in time for Pints this Saturday.” Nope....

Re: chocolate stout cake
Hmmm. Looks like I'll have to test this again (and again and again and....)
Interesting. We thought the choc flavor was just about perfect. I'll make it to bring to the Christmas party.

Re: flat branch pub and brewing, columbia, mo
Just returned from weekend in Columbia. Flatbranch was very good. Of special note, Lisa had a Cherry Brown. Would not have been anywhere near my first choice, but it was outstanding. Perfect balance of malt and biscuit with tart cherry. somewhat similar to the cherry profile in the New Glarus beer b...

anyone have yeast for cyser?
making some tomorrow and don't want to run to KC to get yeast. Does anyone have anything that will do the trick, preferably dry yeast or existing slury? Can pick up and pay for today.

free brew fridge
Free side x side refrigerator/freezer. It works and has been used in the past for home brewing. No shelves in the fridge side. You will need to move it out of a basement yourself.
PM me if interested, and I'll give you the contact info.

Thanks Bill. I downloaded that guy's updates just now and it looks like a few more items are included. Bad news is I lost the previous updates that I manually entered.
