The pound of Cascade I received in January from Hops Direct was 8.8%. I wonder if they're breeding for higher IBUs?

I use Better Bottles. They are gas permeable? Maybe, if you live long enough... I think that glass carboys are heavy, dangerous, and overpriced.

This place is selling 5 gallon ball lock corny keg with loose handle (or bottom) but no lid for $9.99 They also have Cornelious Keg Lids with a Twin-bubble airlock and #3 bung for use as a Fermenter for $9.99. I can barely fit myself in my little Samurai, but I have a luggage rack that fits on the receiver that will work. They don't have to be clean, they'll ride outside. Thanks!
