That's impressive. Looks good. But all that matters is does it mill well. Looks like it would.

I am brewing on Friday with a friend of mine, and he wants a IPA or IIPA.

But my 1056 pitch is suspect. I'd like to have a backup ready just in case (which is probable).

Anyone have a slug of yeast or a couple of packs / tubes they would part with? I'd compensate ya.

I just tried this and it works! Follow the directions and it will convert your recipes over.

It does need a 90 minute boil. The pilsner has to have that or it will taste off.
