1. When a once extraordinarily hoppy beer now seems pedestrian.
2. The phenomenon a person has when craving more bitterness in beer.
3. The long-term exposure to extremely hoppy beers; if excessive or prolonged, a habitual dependence on hops will occur.

To me, Habenaros are joke peppers...Here try this, haha...They are so hot that I don't see any useful purpose for them. I am sure others have had better experiences, but to me they are just TOO f'ing HOT!

Habeneros are a staple to Oaxacan cooking, imparting an indelible fruitiness with a quintessential burn. The idea is to use them properly and proportionally, usually roasted and seeded. If you cannot embrace the capsicum, I pity thee.

BTW Andy, I'll take what you are willing to part with.

I'm drying them and making powder. Then you can use them to spice food with. I might even smoke some.
