I have an extra copy of Designing Great Beers by Ray Daniels. This book is New never read...and is a fantastic wealth of knowledge. I'll sell it for face price of $24.95 I'll take the loss of tax.

If nobody has ever studied this book, i highly reccommend it. Afer you read it and make an effort to understand it, you will be a better brewer afterwards. I from time to time refer back to Rays book for guidance. A must have in every brewers library..
