Free Cherry BBQ Wood - Spoken for
Not exactly brewing related, but I know we have some grill jockeys in the club. I cut down a large cherry tree last summer and turned it into smaller pieces of wood for BBQ. I unloaded the big stuff to a BBQ team, and I have about 3 grain sacks worth of home smoker sized pieces that I'd like to give away; ~6"L x 3"x3"x3" wedges. And, I have a number of quart Ziploc's of grilling wood chips.
Hit me up if you're interested. I plan to have it with me at Brewfest to distribute. If nobody takes it, I'll have the best smelling campfire at Brewfest.

Re: Free Cherry BBQ Wood
Matt,
I would love to have some of that wood! I may not be at the meeting tonight, but I am sure that Derrick will be. Give some to him if would and it will get to me. I'll let him know that you will have it and he should try to find you.
thanks,
Joe

Andy & Joe, got a bag each with your names.
Not sure if you want the whole bag, but I'll bring it and you can take/leave as much as you want.

If you have any left over, I'd be happy to take it off your hands as well.

Re: Free Cherry BBQ Wood
Just double checked, have 4 grain sacks of the cherry; me, Andy, Joe, and Bart. Those are accounted for.
I still have a 10lb rice bag full of chips for the grill if anyone wants those.

Re: Free Cherry BBQ Wood - Spoken for
FYI, I dropped 3 pieces of pecan on the top of each bag since I have some of that in excess too. Bonus bbq or firewood.
