I really enjoyed it! It was a good learning experience I hope to repeat soon...Don't know when but had a good enough time to look for an opportunity. I have always been rather shy about doing it but glad I did.

Catagory 23 is a hard catagory to do but liked as it gave me opportunity to learn what judges are looking for.

Wish I could have stayed for Saturday!

Thanks for all the kind words. One of the coolest things is that I used a modified John Palmer recipe and he was one of the judges. Sorry it took so long to reply.
