Boulevard Long Strange Tripel

750 ml corked and caged bottle. Batch number 1. Served in my Smokestack Series glass. Pours lightly hazed amber with a dense white head. The head completly fades. The aroma is fruity (apples, pears), pepper, alcohol, and some hops. Again with some apples in the flavor, with the lightest bit of caramel, or maybe toasted character. Nice phenolics, and some really good hop character. The alcohol isn?t warm, but you can tell its there. Coming into this, I was wondering if this would be watery. Nope. Medum body. High carbonation. Medium dry finish.

4 out of 5

That there is what I call a review! Descriptive and to the point. Thanks so much.
