Pumpkin beer in recipes

My brother sent me this link - Four Peaks Brewery in Tempe, AZ, is definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. They do a great pumpkin porter this time of year, and they suggest a couple of recipes using it as an ingredient.

Butternut Squash Ravioli in a Pumpkin Porter Cream Sauce
For Sauce:
1 cup of Pumpkin Porter
2 cups of heavy cream
2 cloves of garlic
cup of Mascarpone
cup of parmesan
Finely chop and sautee the garlic and then add the Pumpkin Porter and cream. Reduce the mixture by and add Mascarpone and parmesan cheese. Cook until thick, add salt and pepper to taste and finally toss with blanched Butternut Squash raviolis.
Pumpkin Porter Shake (makes 1 pint)
8 oz. of vanilla bean ice cream
3 oz. Pumpkin Porter
Chocolate syrup
Whipped Cream
Oreo cookie crumbles
Combine and blend The Pumpkin Porter with the vanilla bean ice cream in a blender. Garnish glass with chocolate syrup, pour in the blended mixture and top with fresh whipped cream and Oreo cookie crumbles
