Lawrence Brewers Guild

Well I'm long over due to try and make hummus. I've had my Chickpeas and tahini for a long time but just haven't gotten around to it.

I've got six recipes that sound damn good to me...Here's the names (remember I like hummus but love spices)

Thai Basil
Mediterranean
Jalapeon & Lime
Black Olive & Sweet Potato
Artichoke and Sundried Tomato
Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic

Guess the Hummus at the end of each is a given

So I guess I'll be trying my hand at this and seeing what I like best. I hope to bring some to the next meeting!

EDIT: Forgot to ask the obvious...Any suggestions or favorite recipes you might want to give up would be appriciated!
