5 Gallon Batch-All Grain

Malt:

8 lbs Belgian Pale
2 lbs Belgian Aromatic
0.5 lbs Carapils
1.25 lbs Caravienne

Single Infusion Mash, 155F 90 mins

Boil:

1 lb Clear Belgian Candi Sugar
0.5 oz Styrian Goldings Hops (90 mins)
0.75 oz Styrian Goldings Hops (15 mins)
1.0 oz French Strisselspalt Hops (end of boil)

Wyeast 1214 Belgian Ale Yeast

This came out a little more like a double than a triple, but was still good.
