Duck Down Brown Ale

As Brewed at the LBG BrewFest

10 Gallon Batch-All Grain

20 lbs. 2 Row Pale Malt
4 lbs. Caramunich Malt
1 lb. Chocolate Malt
1 oz. Cascade Hops (first wort)
2 oz. Cluster Hops (60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade Hops (30 min.)
2 oz. Cascade Hops (2 min.)
2 oz. Cascade Hops (dry)

* Original Specific Gravity: 1.052
* Final Specific Gravity: ?
* Boiling Time: 60 min.

Brewer's Specifics
Mash grains at 152? F for 90 minutes or until converted. Add boiling water to raise temperature to 165 deg. (Mash out). Let set for 15 min. Drain into kettle. Add first wort hops. Sparge with 165 deg. water.
