SRM 12.2
ABV 5.3%

Pale malt 2L 5.5 lb

Mash at 150 dF 60 min

This is supposed to be a clone kit from the Hombrew Pro Shoppe http://stores.homebrewproshoppe.com/-st ... er+Recipes , maybe you can call and ask them? I'm pretty sure they use a British yeast. You might even be able to e-mail the brewery and have them give you some information.
