I made some cider from Ree's apple farm, I was thinking of adding some more cider to it to sweeten it, has anyone else done this? Barry, Dale? Any suggestions on the juice to use?
I don't really want to drive to Topeka again. Thanks.

You can chill it way down and keep it cold to inhibit more ferm, or filter the yeast out. Either way there might be further fermentation of the sugar (esp if it warms).
Chemicals (Sorbistat) can inhibit the yeast from fermenting.
