Hello everyone.I am looking for a good AG recipe for 1388 Belgian Strong Ale Yeast. Something around 6%. Maybe a small golden? Any ideas?

Gordo,
These grain bills can go w/ 100% Pilsner or you can add in small percentages some Munich or Wheat. Sugar can go in upwards of 20% but reality is more in the 12-16% of the bill. This of course depends on how big you want your beer. Hops can go Styrian Goldings and knocked out w/ Saaz, or SG's all the way thru. Im actually brewing a 1.085 Golden Strong on Fri. Stop by if you want or get w/ me at the meeting Thurs.....Im not sure if you want a set recipe or just a guideline......
Just call me Andy!

1. When a once extraordinarily hoppy beer now seems pedestrian.
2. The phenomenon a person has when craving more bitterness in beer.
3. The long-term exposure to extremely hoppy beers; if excessive or prolonged, a habitual dependence on hops will occur.
4. When a "Double IPA" just is not enough
