Tasting: Maibocks were tasted. The first beer was Freestate's Maibock, the second was Capital Brewery from Madison, WI, and the third was Blind Tiger's.
Seminar: Xan and Clint made a batch of wine before our very eyes. Warm water added to carboy along with grape juice from kit and bentonite, wine is not boiled but chemicals are used to get rid of the nasties, juice out of a box is convenient but not ideal, better wine can be made if grapes are picked and crushed yourself, add yeast and oak chips, additives force fermentation to finish so you don't have bottle bombs, clarifying agents are added, filtering units are available.

Brewfest no updates
Tent purchase update: Sean is looking for one.
Pints for Pets was mentioned donate beer and get a glass.
Muggs for Juggs was also mentioned.
Equipment purchases were discussed. Andy volunteers to handle our equipment issues "quartermaster" title.
Sean mentioned buying a $1500 trailer for guild purposes. Discussion to be continued.
