Beer #1: several people liked, generally well-liked, saison style, brewed by Brick. Yeah!
Beer #2: also liked by several people, brewed by Lee! Really good!
Beer #3: another beer from Brick, belgian with rye malt
Beer #4: also liked: commercial beer – Duvel Belgian Golden Ale

Angelo R – been brewing 4 or 5 years. Found us on the internet.
Gary H. - lives in Perry, hoping to find out good information about brewing

Balance: $8813.62 total in account.
Lottery is open for Brewfest tickets. There are 26 available. Get your name on the list, and you must be able to pay for them today. The drawing for tickets will be after the meeting.

Librarian's Report (Devon is at – really? - a stamp auction, so Laura is giving the report):
Ted is on the shame list, needs to return “How to Brew”.
Otherwise pretty good. We have books.

Brewfest committee reports:
Beer Committee: Lee
Sign up for bar tending on the forum. It's a lot of fun, it's just a half hour and it flies by. Go to the forum for updates.
Bring your kegs on Friday or Saturday morning, fully carbonated and ready to serve.
If you need kegs or cooling space, post on the forum – we can help you out.

Food Committee: Sean
Friday night shrimp boil. Everyone bring a 1 lb bag of frozen (raw) shrimp. Saturday morning will be lox and bagels and cream cheese (maybe capers). And bacon and eggs. NO SUNDAY MORNING BREAKFAST – you're on your own.
Bring a side dish – sign up on the forum. Remember that there's NO REFRIGERATION out there.
Please help out by being attentive during the day: keep your own stuff full (or clear off your empties), help out by keeping things neat and orderly.

Andy: trailers to be taken out to Brewfest: need help to get stuff back on Sunday after Brewfest.

Ellen: remember, we are putting this event on for our guests – we are the hosts. Please be attentive and be responsible and help get stuff done. Be on time for your shift. If we all help a little bit, no body has to do a lot. Do your part!

Can we bring guests on Friday night? Generally, no. But it's okay if the LBG members are responsible for their guests – including the fact that Saturday morning breakfast is for members, not guests, so guests are on their own for Friday night dinner and breakfast Saturday morning (and, of course, Sunday morning).

Other business:

December meeting? We are planning a party on the 12th – should that be the meeting? YES! All in favor – a lot. No December meeting.

Presentation by Sally of Travel by the Pint – please help them out by telling people about it.

Need to send a thank you to FSB for the fantastic tour yesterday. I (Lisa - secretary) will send a thank you note.
