Rob called the general meeting to order
Greetings to guests from the Topeka Hall of Foamers
Rob volunteered to clean up after the meeting
Barry (in absentia) quoted prices for T-shirts I checked with grandstand sportsware and they can do 100 white cotton shirts (do not know what make - but I've put a call in for more details)
print one color on front for $6 per shirt.
print one color front and back for $6.50 per shirt
XXL size add $2 per shirt.
Matt has also been looking into shirt prices
Rob brought up the question of getting knit shirts embroidered with the club logo (as opposed to T-shirts)
After some discussion, we're deciding to *not* sell shirts *at the event*
Dale moved to order T-shirts, only for club members to wear at the event LBG logo on the back, something about 10th anniversary on the front seconded and voted in the affirmative
Rob suggests extra T-shirts for the teardown crew
Sean reports that we have 125 gallons of beer pledged added to the commercial beer coming, we have more than 1 gallon per attendee we'll try to limit how *much* commercial we get, so as not to waste it
Dennis is coordinating sides Dale will do baked beans Melissa will do potato salad
Andy says the tents are lined up
Rob reminds everyone to let their guests know that camping is available, and suggested
