Swap meet for brewing related equipment will begin at the April meeting. 6:30pm in the parking lot.

Pints for Pets will be May 30, 2015 from 3-9pm at 700 Ohio (Xan and Clint Wedel's house). Proceeds will go to the Lawrence Humane society. Bring a side dish to share. They are taking donations for kegs on the forum and Facebook. Need ~15 kegs.

Mugs for Jugs will be une 27, 2015 at 6:30pm. Bring a side dish to share. While you are brewing for Pints, brew extra for Mugs. Donate your kegs. Pink Heels is the recipient of all the donations this year.

Maifest is May 2, 2015. Bring a side dish to share. Details are on the forum.

New Business:
KC Brewery Trip is April 11. Leave from the Tanger Business Park at 8:45AM. Going to Boulevard Brewery, Rock N Run in Liberty, Border Brewery in Crossroads, and 75th St. Brewery. $12/member. 47 people max. Sign up starting tomorrow by noon (Friday, March 13)

Andy Booth moved to approve bus expense of $844.50. Derek Samual 2nd motion. Motion approved by members.

Bylaws:
Joe Yoder moved to table the bylaws changes until the April meeting. The motion was seconded. Voted and approved by members. Frank Dillon is scrubbing member list on forum, so if you haven't paid for 2015, you will not be able to see the members only section of the forum, or vote.

BJCP Study Group:
Sessions will be held Wedneday nights beginning in April. Jenalea proposed that the guild purchase the off flavor kit for $100. Steve Brown moved to have LBG pay for the kit. Jeff Jensen 2nd. Members voted in.

Send Sara and Duane details on your beer dontations for Parkville.

James: Jim McGovern will give the April seminar on yeast washing and rinsing.

Matt Parker:

LBG now has Paypal. You are encouraged to pay through Paypal.
Membership cards are available.

John: malt book is now in the library. Let John know if you need a book. He will post the missing books on the forum. These are books that haven't been seen in 18 months or so.

Chris Stenger:
Hop Fest is now open for homebrewers' keg donations. LBG members can donate kegs.

Andy:
We have a lot of equipment (list equipment – jockey boxes, tap towers, etc.) that is listed on the forum and available for checkout. Clint Wedel and Joe Yoder take reservations for the jockey boxes. Clean the equipment before returning. Chuck has one CO2 tank that he needs to give to Andy/Clint/Joe. The guild has already purchased it.

20th Annual Dwight Burhnam Brewfest:
$400 budget to do some fun and different things to celebrate the 20th Brewfest anniversary. There is a forum page.

James seminar is keg/carboy/better bottle washing system.

Tasting style is Pilsners.
