20th Anniversary Firkin at Free State
7pm Thursday, July 23; Music by Maw at 6:30
The firkin will actually be a pin filled with Chocolate Birthday Cake, a blend of Owd Mac 2015 and Chili Mac (Owd Mac infused with cocoa nib, ancho chili, vanilla bean and Vietnamese cinnamon.) Cost will be $5-$6 and you get to keep the glass.

Womens Brew Day: There is a thread started on the forum if you are interested.

Great Nebraska Beer Fest
Membership voted to secure a bus. (Bob motioned, Bruce seconded. I could be wrong on that. Please correct me if so)
Heartland bus quote was $1403.78 for 39 passengers.
Bus cost per person: $22/member; $32/nonmember
So far no one has signed up. We need 15 people to commit to riding the bus by the end of the day Monday, July 20. If we don't have 15, the officers will vote to cancel.

Brewfest 20
1. Glassware-- (PowerPoint Slide) Dale moved for a vote to decide which glass type to purchase. Glass #2 won the vote. I don't know what it's called, but its a pint glass with a slight curve in the middle. It's pictured on the slide.

2. Keg donations are open on the forum. Go to Brewfest> 2015 Brewfest Beer and Soda Donations for all the rules and sign up.

3. Online ticket payment-- Everyone is encouraged to pay for Round 1 tickets online. For more info on how to do this, go to Brewfest> 2015 Brewfest Round 1 ticket Purchases.

4. Logistics thread is live. Go to Brewfest> 2015 Brewfest Logistics Team- Volunteers Needed to see how you can help.

5. Music- It was decided there was no conflict in Steve Browns band playing at Brewfest.

Here's the link to the glass we'll have this year. We'll still plan to order the koozies with this option (they will fit a little looser than on the shaker). As of now, we have the money to make up the cost difference between it and the shaker (but still might pursue some sponsorships).

I am having trouble getting into the forum to donate a keg. Can someone please help me? I can not find the Brewfest Forum.
