Bus Trip Thread
There is a thread started on the forum for possible bus trips. Have ideas? Share them on the forum. Neil Bachman volunteered to be our point person and will keep us updated.

Learn to Homebrew Day-November 5th (PowerPoint slide)
Jon suggested pairing with a local business, Ernst & Son, 23rd St Brewery, and doing a brewing demonstration.

Pints for Pets
May 21st, 5-10pm. 700 Ohio. Taco/Nacho Bar.
This event raised $3100 in 2015.

Ernst and Son donated out of date kits to the membership. All were spoken for by the end of the meeting.

New Business:
Beer Evaluations-(PowerPoint slide)
Discussion of adding additional part of the meeting talk and give feedback of your homebrew.

Bylaw Updates:
Jim moved to take dollar amount out of the bylaws concerning the beirmeister, librarian and quartmaster's budgets. Neil Seconded. Membership approved.

A new one will cost about $300. Frank will continue to research and Jenalea is going to reach out to the church to see if this is something they even want.

If there is any interest in stewarding, judging, etc, please reach out to Matt and join his committee

3. Equipment- No update

4. Social Brew Days- Jenalea
3 of our upcoming tasting will have more homebrew involvement. The guild will provide the ingredients for the base beer for a couple groups to brew. The three tastings will be

-November-- Something for the Holiday party.

The budget amounts to be taken out of the bylaws also include librarian and quartermaster.
