Phil: Membership issue - paid member list was over 140. Now today I show 97, discrepancy somewhere. See me if you don’t have a card.

50 tickets short in sales 2016 compared to 2015 (20th anniversary)
Question: Why 175 cap? Dale: Historically combined with comp tickets puts at at 350 attendance, 300 is corp of engineers limit on space

To make your keg donation: Go to forum; members only section; Brewfest section; 2017 brewfest beer and soda kegs donations

Once you have made your keg donation, here is how ticket sales will work:
Single Membership
One keg donation =
1 comp ticket
Option to purchase up to 3 tickets

Family Membership
One keg donation =
1 comp ticket
Option to purchase up to 3 tickets

Two keg donations =
2 comp tickets
Option to purchase up to 6 tickets

Soda Donation
One keg donation = 1 comp ticket, maximum 2

Payment
Tickets may be purchased AFTER member(s) have listed
their keg(s) on the donation spreadsheet
Each ticket is $50
Pre-pay via PayPal
payment@lawrencebrewers.org
Payment to “friend”
Or bring cash or check to the Aug. 3rd meeting
