Members only section, forum
Brick: need volunteers for logistics to go through trailer, who is doing tickets?
  • Ken normally does, will talk with him
Need a truck to pull trailers
    Need a Friday coordinator/co-chair
Jon: Will we be doing Untappd again this year?
  • Good question.
Courtney: It costs money and I know we’re tight
Bob: want to see some sort of voting per flight, overall. Some sort of recognition for those who bring exceptional beer
Frank: I would like to point out a forum on the post I made 6 years ago, use colored tickets and put them in a pitcher by your favorite beer of each flight.
Bob & Frank will get together and discuss
Nude Business
Ticket Sales Proposal
  • Brewfest is opportunity to fund social events, would like to be able to do more
120 ticket sales is break even point; targeting 140
If we haven’t hit 120 tickets sold by Aug 23rd, offer up 20 tickets to other clubs
All sales cut off at 150 tickets sold
Bob: sooner we tell them the better, KCBM is having trouble filling up the bus trip
Rebecca: if we offer other clubs tickets, should we tell them to put it on the calendar earlier?
