ANNOUNCEMENTS

Virtual Hoppy Hours are going to be on the 3rd Thursday of the month (instead of weekly as they have been).
This is our Sixteenth time having a virtual meeting. We were planning to meet in person this month, but with the breakout of the Delta variant of the Covid-19 pandemic, we went with a virtual meeting.
We are planning for an outdoor meeting next month, so we can meet in person. There will be some new social distancing rules in place. Please be considerate during these trying times.
We had an in person hoppy hour on August 5th at Fields and Ivy. We had a really nice brewery tour.

EVENTS

September hoppy hour at Lawrence Beer Co. East
Brew day at Cottin's hardware in September -- Chuck has the details
Parkville in October
Brewfest in October
Holiday Party in December

Brewfest tickets will be available - $50 each.
You need to be a paid member and have signed up to donate a keg in order to buy tickets.
You can purchase up to three tickets per each keg donation (in addition to your ticket you get for free per keg).

If your beer is gluten reduced, let Frank or Jake know so they can keep it off the taps with the other beers.
Consider putting your beer in ontapped and printing a bar code for the tap line.

Beer donations need to be finalized by the start of September.

Bartender sign ups will be up after the keg donations are closed. Frank tries to get people serving during the flights where they're beer is served.

Still need some help at the ticket tent -- please sign up.

During the Covid pandemic there is additional risk to any event where you're around other people. Please consider the risks and make appropriate decisions regarding your personal decisions.
