Meeting was at the ECM, Febreuary 9, 2006.

February Meeting Minutes:
Andy Booth gave an informative and entertaining seminar on sanitation. There was a lot of interest in this seminar. Thanks, Andy.

The meeting was slightly delayed as we changed areas to accommodate our ever-increasing group.
Members and guests self introduced to start the meeting.
Sean, Mark, Clint and Nate volunteered for cleanup. Thanks guys!!

The vote on Boulevard tour was 14 for April 4 (Tuesday) 6pm and 9 for April 5 Looks like we will be touring Boulevard on April 4 @ 6pm, Details will be worked out, as we get closer to the date.

Committees:
We passed around sign up sheets for committees and got a great response (the second time they went around). I will publish a list of the committee members later.

The committees currently active are:
A. Vendor Relations
B. Tour de Brew?home brewery tour like the organic farm tour, if you are interested in being one of the home breweries on the tour, you need to be on this committee.
C. Legal aspects of brewing/home brewing/events
D. Competitions (Ren fest, others)

Announcements:

Joe and Andy are both brewing this Saturday, interested brewers or observers are welcome at both brewers houses, contact Joe or Andy for start times and location.

Meeting was adjourned and turned over to Brewmeister, Shane for report on the bourbon barrel stout and commercial tasting that was STOUTS. A good variety of commercial and homebrewed stouts were enjoyed by the membership!
