Seminar:
No seminar this month. No complaints either :)

Announcements:
Don is doing a demo at Ale n Vino on May 19th. He will be doing a 10 gallon all grain batch. Anyone wanting to come out should probably show up before 3pm. Let's show some support for the Guild and stop by and give Don some crap... and Doug some business!

Old business:
Maifest:
Everyone had a good time. About 50 people showed up. Pics are posted on the LBG Photo Gallery. Xan has a short 10MB movie of us doing one of several toasts that day. I'm not sure where to post this on the Web for all to see.
Thanks to all that were there an helped out. Sorry for those that didn't make it out, and sorry for all of those that had to deal w/ the 7am down pour!

The new beer tower was brought in by Andy and Jarrell. We all bowed down before it. Looking good! Pics are in the Gallery.

The Trip Formerly Known As "The Omaha Trip"
Sherry suggested combining the new outing to include a trip/tour to Boulevard Brewing and also catch the T-Bones. Maybe followed by a stop at the Yard House (or wherever). Some interest by the members, but we need to get a date/time and the number of people wanting to go.

RenFest
Yep, still in October. No updates.

BJCP
Craig is passing the torch to John Monaghan to take charge of the BJCP testing setup. Good luck John.

Brewfest
Need to get the Brewfest Book compiled ASAP. I've only received one response from my last request to all the people that were involved with Brewfest 2006 (Thanks Barry!).
Please, if you were on a committee and in charge of doing a task, please highlight what you did and anything you felt could have been improved regarding your specific task(s). More communication now means less hassles and issues later!

New business:

Need a gas manifold for our Fests. Anyone w/ a CNC lathe and spare aluminum/stainless steel, STEP UP!
We should get one (or 2) before Brewfest.

A request was also thrown out to think about adding a beer gas/stout tap into the mix. Yummmmm, nitrogen stouts... or porters... or english ales... or, or ,or :D

Financials:
$2,700. Not bad, not bad.

Odds n Ends:
Clean up:
Ken, Kay and Russ. Thanks guys and gal!

New (kinda) faces:
Cody, friend of John M.
Dave Phelps Nate's dad
Ben
Thanks!
