Ball Lock Hansen Valve Kegs?

I've been looking for cheap kegs, and found these today:

Looks like a good price (4 kegs for $100) unless they charge a lot to ship. But I'm a little worried that this is some rare variation that won't work with normal ball lock fittings. Anybody heard of these before?
