anyone doing an all-grain brew I could observe?
If anyone is doing an all-grain brew sometime soon and wouldn't mind me watching over your shoulder or even helping out, I'd love the learning experience.

Will definitely let you know when the next BrownShirt session is. We (usually) always post when we are brewing. If I can talk Clint into it we will brew this weekend, but after 4 in a row, I am sure kegging is all I'll get out of him...

1. When a once extraordinarily hoppy beer now seems pedestrian.
2. The phenomenon a person has when craving more bitterness in beer.
3. The long-term exposure to extremely hoppy beers; if excessive or prolonged, a habitual dependence on hops will occur.
4. When a "Double IPA" just is not enough

No boasting, just working my brew partner over in a public setting to nudge a bit. We kegged thirty gallons tonight....Blktre wrote:Not boasting just a little are we Jeff?

Oh yeah baby, this Sunday, July 5th (assuming I survive Sean & Sherry's 4thaganza) is going to be Kolsh brew day at the BrownShirt Brewing co! Klickcue we may need some pointers from you, since those kolsh bottles you dropped by the house have been tasting mighty fine this summer!
Re: anyone doing an all-grain brew I could observe?
Alright, if you'll have me, let me know the address and what time. Hopefully won't be too hungover to show up...

The one thing that I have to have is temperature control of the ferment holding at 60 oF. Your nice ferm box should do a very nice job of control.Jensen wrote: Oh yeah baby, this Sunday, July 5th (assuming I survive Sean & Sherry's 4thaganza) is going to be Kolsh brew day at the BrownShirt Brewing co! But, the best part is now I know where to go and get a good Kolsch
Have Fun!
