Brewing, Sun Aug 3rd

#1 Post by Jensen » Sun Aug 03, 2008 1:16 am

The Yellowstone brewerks will be up and running today, feel free to stop by for a pint and a chat. Rumor has it Yellowstone southwest is brewing today as well. Hopefully we'll be underway by 11 am (not as early a riser as our fellow brewer across the street)-- so we can sweat our tails off in the 100 deg weather!

so, how sweaty are the Yellowstone Breweries today?

I was going to brew yesterday but the 108? heat index was more than enough to make me stay in the A/C and rearrange the entertainment center.

Brew on fellas.
Thanks!

1. When a once extraordinarily hoppy beer now seems pedestrian.
2. The phenomenon a person has when craving more bitterness in beer.
3. The long-term exposure to extremely hoppy beers; if excessive or prolonged, a habitual dependence on hops will occur.
4. When a "Double IPA" just is not enough

our brew day was great, hot, but great. Brewed a robust porter using some of that coffee kiln malt-- first kiss is pretty nice... but if that ain't enough, nothing like Brick stopping by with some tasty treats from his recent trip! Oh, how a south-west Colorado frosty makes a hundred degree day only seem like it is 97!
