Combining liquid and dry malt extract

#1 Post by Greenblood » Thu Apr 27, 2006 12:19 pm

I have seen a lot of extract recipies lately that contain both liquid and dry extract in the same recipe. Is this just for the sake of convinient measurements, or is there a real benefit to combining the two?

Cheers

well, I happen to have a liquid/dry extract kit at home that I hope to make this weekend when I get back into town. I'm sure I'll be brewing it up over at Belden's, so you can surely drop by if you like.
Thanks!
