Test tube rack from left-overs

#1 Post by Jdl973 » Tue Mar 09, 2010 11:57 pm

Got tired of the 15 ml tubes falling all over the place, so I took the leftover Lexan from the glove box build, drilled some holes, used 1/4" 20 bolts and made a test tube rack.

Much more organized...price, about $3 in bolts and nuts.

Where do you source your test tubes from?

My brother-in-law is a Dr. with his own practice. I can get them for about $6 per 25 15ml (non sterile) and $8 for 25 50ml sterile)
