I can not speak for everybody, but I for one am much more comfortable in a forum atmosphere than a list. I find that a forum is easier to navigate, and much easier to find what I am looking for. Especially if I am looking for an old discussion thread. In my opinion a forum allows for better organization and searching of topics.
