Be sure you leave room for seating in said beer garden, so you can drink under your hops trellace on nice days, wheel out the kegerator, etc. :) That plan looks amazing and I can't wait to see it all come together for you. I'm totally jealous. Well done. *smirk*

*mumbles something incoherent about really needing to buy a house*
