Local only IPA

23rd street put on tap today our locals only IPA 1.070 og, 88 ibu, double dry hopped with 11 pounds chinook and centenial hops. come on by and try pint.

Lupulin Threshold Shift

1. When a once extraordinarily hoppy beer now seems pedestrian.
2. The phenomenon a person has when craving more bitterness in beer.
3. The long-term exposure to extremely hoppy beers; if excessive or prolonged, a habitual dependence on hops will occur.
4. When a "Double IPA" just is not enough

Nice! Maybe we need to take a short drive west. How does that compare with Bitter Professor (which I really enjoy)?

Bigger in gravity, hop build, and overall hoppiness. Locals has alot more late addition hops.

oh yeah there are 9 barrels of it. It should last into July.

Sad to say it took me this long, but Sunday I finally made it in to try out the brew. Got quite a kick and went nicely with a chicken fried steak. Kudos
