Canada Pilsen Malt

To protein rest or not to protein rest? Aiming for a white and light ale. Can I use this malt as base malt like I would use pale malt? Head retention? Add wheat malt? Can't seem to find info to confirm this as a fully modified malt.

I make light Continental lagers with this malt. We don't protein rest, however we do a minimum 75 minute boil, sometimes 90 minutes to get rid of all DMS. Make sure you do not use a lid on the boil pot.
