Hop Substitutions

As the supply of last years hops closes and the new crop is eagerly awaited, Everyone's hop supplies may be running low (mine are) I found this chart and have used it before with pretty good results. Just throwing it out there.

Yeah, I like the "Hop-O-Meter" (the bar graphs) on the individual hop pages, too.

I think most beers in the guild would be way off this scale.

I like that their IBU count stops at 60. My morning coffee may have more than that :D
